I read over a few posts and they pretty much summed up Automatics = :down: Sorry if I don't want to waste my time reading through garbage comments from 16 year old's who think a 5spd anything is better than an Automatic.

I know plenty of people with that gen Accord who've never had any transmission issues. If you drive it like it should be driven, it's likely to last like it should.

My 52 year old Aunt has a 1999 sedan who just had the transmission replaced at 72,000 miles.

I know some people that have DSMs that never had crank walk, but that doesn't mean it isn't an issue. Stop being a bitch.

Honda claimed the failure percent at 2%.....

i also know a few 6th gen owners with to tranny problems what so ever.
