how'd you buy the house? Save up for a long-ass time? I can see buying cars cash, but real estate is a little more dough than most people can pony up at once.

I have a business and it was started with cash and runs on cash.

My philiosophy is pretty simple really...If I can't afford to pay it off today then I cannot afford it at all.
