I actually lost weight again because I got sick. Seems like every time I make progress I get sick. Like 2 steps forward, one step back. Anyway I didn't give myself time to acclimate after getting sick and started lifting hard right away.
My squat stayed the same though.
Added 5 lbs. to my incline bench (160 now)
Added 5 lbs. to my DB shoulder press (65/arm now)
Oh and I stopped doing the sauna thing for now because I need to stay hydrated, having just getting out of the flu.
