I'll be joining the Workout Crew soon. Since I enlisted in the Army, and don't leave until June...I'm going to join the YMCA this weekend. I get to sign up for a 1 time fee of $50 and have no monthly fees and get to work out as much as I want until I ship for Basic. It's part of this program that the YMCA has with the Army...all future soldiers get in for $50 with no other fees. Pretty fuckin' sweet.

I've actually gained a little bit, I've been drinking a little too much and I need to cut back my portion sizes too. Although on a positive note I have toned up in some areas and I can lift more. It will take me about 2-3 weeks to get back to my ideal weight. I think I'm going to back off on the lifting a little, and do more cardio. The holidays can be tough, it doesn't help that my mom sent me a tin of cookies, a bag of cookies on top of that, and 2 slabs of fudge. I'm trying to have my co-workers finish off all the cookies so I don't have to. Next week I'll be back on track with going to the gym 3-4 times a week so I'm not too worried about the slight gain.

Picking up my workout schedule. I usually work out from January to June to prepare for beach season, but I may stick with it year round from now on since I bulk up so quickly.
