They're gnarlier than an enema but if done right you can shed some weight. All that shit that's left in your colon can't be good for you. I've been meaning to get one but procedure has me a little hesitant. :noes: I'm not sure how fond of the idea of having a tube up my pooper hosing down my insides then vacuuming it all out sounds to me. I guess it lasts a while like up to 45min from what I've heard. But you feel lighter and have more energy afterwards.
I need to save like $12,000 :happysad:

Necessary?? How exactly do you figure it is necessary?
People have lived for centuries without finding it necessary to ever have a colonic done, in fact colonics are a fairly new procedure.
