Both. In droves. Cause Dr. Phil and the Bumfights guy are one and the same. One pays their victims in booze and cash, and the other pays his victims in poor advice. In the end they're both just capitalizing on personal pain to line their pockets.

I give ups to the bumfights guy for not hiding behind a curtain and being upfront about it.

Most of Dr. Phil's advice isn't bad...it's just common sense. Yeah, he's exploiting people, but not doing it in a way that is degrading and humiliating them, at least not in an obvious way.
