I have gone thru it, and I'm currently an inhouse rep for an insurance company. I'm an erac employee and I work as a vendor inside insurance companies.(been at erac for over 5yrs) 18secfiero is also an erac guy.
the hours can be long as a managment traniee, but there is a lot of oppertunity and a lot of different places in the company where you can go.

good luck, wear a suit, and it technically is a sales job so make sure you have some examples of situations in which you've had to sell a product or an idea to someone.

Two of my friends worked for ERAC right out of college and did the training... they said there were some long hours and studying for tests. They both quit after a couple years and they now both work for pharmeceutical companies... free drug samples anyone?

a lot of erac employees usually end up as drug reps or bank managers. erac looks really good on your resume.
