My dog is not doing well. She's 14. She's breathing heavily and hasn't been doing well in general for the past few years.
Studying for physics and chemistry isn't happening tonight. argh.

Hate to break it to ya but it sounds like your dog has reached it's limit.
I had a collie since it was 2 months old and she passed away at 14 yrs old. She was just old, and 14-15 is usually the average life span of dogs.

Well it is time to take her to the favorite hunting grounds and plant her where she was happy.
I mean no disrespect but if she is suffering it is best to use a 45 cent solution than have some doctor nail you for a bill and prolong the suffering. This way you can also make your peace with it.

poor girl! this weather is hard on pets. take her to a vet and see if there is something that can be done for her. she could have an infection or bronchitis. she may have arthritis that is making it hard for her to get around.
