I would have stayed with the stock V6 but then it hits side clearance issues.
V8 would be fun but much larger than the v6 is.
I6 would be perfect
4 banger would be prime since speed is not really a goal and it just has to get down the road.

Do you really think anyone but a lowrider can spot the minute differences or appreciate the candied paint on a ride?

Small audiences is what every hobby is about, if it catered to the masses it wouldn't be any fun or unique.
