first off, congrats and gluck!!

second, I honestly feel that there could have been better reasons for you to join, the military shouldn't be one of your last resort (it sounded like it is). Who knows though, you'll gain some experience from being in a different enviroment and hopefully you'll find your goal in life in the military.

Thanks everybody for the kind words. The military isn't my last resort...my last resort would be to take on another fulltime or part time job just so I can pay for college or something. But with the Military...I can get $20k for college. Plus the extra bonuses I'll be getting.
