Nope but if you live in an area where Cingular has built their 3g network then you will get pretty high speed data service.
T-Mobile Dash has wifi but it is strictly a 2g radio.

ive been wanting the blackjack, but if it doesnt have wifi, then forget that.
cingular's 3g isnt available where i live either

If you don't have Cingular UMTS service in your area yet, fear not.
They are currently waiting until the beginning of the year to add any new markets, but there should be a big push to catch up to Verizon and Sprint in number of markets covered.
