Is all of Oakland ghetto?
When I was up there we got lost in West Oakland and I thought that was pretty bad :hs:
Then I get back here and my friend said I was lucky I didn't venture into East Oakland.

west oakland and the oakland hills are nice.

West Oakland has its projects. It gets pretty nasty there too. Same with North Oakland.
I would say the Hills are nice. And little districts like China Hill and Lakeshore are nice too.

Sure. One thing I like about the houses here is that they arent tract homes. Every time I go into the suburbs like Danville, it amazes me how you are overlooking acres upon acres of houses that all look the same.
