When I was up there we got lost in West Oakland and I thought that was pretty bad :hs:
Then I get back here and my friend said I was lucky I didn't venture into East Oakland.
It all depends on the particular streets. West Oakland even has its good parts. But the multi-million dollar homes are in East Oakland, in the hills.
What part of West Oakland were you in?
