you can burn water, go put it a pan of water on the stove and leave it on for a while.

whell when there is a residue left in the pan after it's all over, it didn't all evaporate, some of it had to burn...it'll leave some white shit

Yes, water spots; spots where water once was. Once was, as in no longer there. As in evaporated.
