I'm almost 48 hours without a cig now...fuckin sucks...I have urges all the time, the biggest problem is whenever I get in my car I always light up and now I don't know what to do with my hands while I drive (I drive with knees I'd suggest trying this but I drive on the same roads you do and don't want to die) I've tried chewing gum and it only pisses me off so I dunno what to do now

 

Yeah ^^ Getting in the car... talking on a long phone conversation..... after a good meal......All those reminders of times smoked. They all have to be re-written.

I always loved saying, "despues de un taco un when tobacco". Then firing one up. In September it was a year w/out smoking
