Well, I have some serious motivation this time...my 61 year old uncle was just diagnosed with lung cancer.

I have to tell you, it gets harder and harder with time. I'm only 24 hours into it, and it feels like my skin is crawling, I feel disoriented, nauseus and have stomach pains.

I'm very determined this time, this was a real wakeup call for me. This would have been a lot easier 4 years ago. :happysad:

Cold turkey is the only way to do it really.

 

I'm going cold turkey. The patch and gum sustains your withdrawl symptoms...statistically you're more likely to succeed cold turkey.
