morals and law are two different things.

I need to know what the law allows, not if its a wrong or right thing to do.
He was being a dick at first about returning my money. etc....etc....basicallly trying to d1ck me until I filed the chargeback through my CC & paypal.

Legally, it's arguable in court he isn't. It's like junk mail that sends you something (like address labels) and says you need to pay them to keep it, or send it back at your own cost. Legally, because you didn't ask for the service or product, those labels are yours. If he broke of the transaction, and the vendor sent it anyway, then the lip could be considered an unsolicited product, so it is his to keep.

But, to keep good karma I'd send it back h:

Here NY statutes: http://www.consumer.state.ny.us/clah...%20Merchandise

Honestly, I would send it back to him. Im an honest person and wouldnt and havent done anything like this but, he is a fukn d1ck and I guess he must think im some idiot. I broke the transaction because he kept saying he will ship it a week later, ( said that 4 times which totaled a month )
So I told him to refund me my money and he gave me some cocky story etc... so I filed a charge back. It was investigated and paypal ruled in my favor.
they refunded me the money and issue closed.

ill sleep on it cause im cranky today anyway. To top it off that email didnt help my mood.

( Lets just say the harddrive in our webserver crashed ) so now everyone here has open access to the internet which = spyware downloads etc....
