Well, if you found a freshly killed bird somewhere in the wild where there is no population density and mostly wildlife than I would say it is ok to eat.

However, since birds in urban/suburban areas feed off the garbage that people discard and breed in pollution than it's a no no.

 

... reminds me of that one episode of the office where a bird flew into the wall in front of michael.. :chuckles:
