Yeah to put the front plate on you'd have to drill into the bumper. Nice cars can get away without plates.

I dont have a plate in the front h:
If a cop wants to pull me over for a $10 fix it ticket, so be it.

I'd like to hear what Paolo thinks of his Evo. I've only heard of people complaining about the spool time on Evos.

basically if the DMV sends you two plates, you're required to put both of them on.
