Bitching and having fun at his expense are two entirely different matters. I'll bitch about how he put american lives at stake with poorly thought out warplans, his idea that bypassing the geneva convention was acceptable, his outright lying to the american public about weapons of mass destruction. Fuck him and his failures.

Poking fun is pointing out he shook hands with a man, then 20 years later toppled his government over lies, by using a snide sentence.
