technically sushi is the rice that is prepared a certain way
you top it off with fish, roll it with crab salad, wrap it with sweet beancurd, or whatever

Try eel. It's probably one of the tastiest beginner sushis.
Just DO NOT try Sea Urchin. Gah. I'm also not a fan of munkfish liver :ugh:
