Just cleared my temp internet files, i think thats what your talking about right? I just installed the newest IE yesterday. Pretty sure that it is one of my antivirus/spyware/adware programs doing something to stop it...
the new IE eeek you may have to reformat, un-install IE frist if that dosent fix it then you need to reformat for sure.
I have a tablet PC, its a Compaq tc1100 running windows XP tab edition... re-formatting is not an option because i do not have a external cd rom drive, i think i will cope with it if a IE uninstall/ other browser install does not fix the problem

In all likelyhood that the uninstall doesn't fix the problem, the issue may have embedded itself into the registry... then pretty much you're screwed and reformatting is a must...
