its your browser. you may have to un install it and re install it, i know i had a problem like that and i had to un install my browser. for a sec i though i had to reformat.

Just cleared my temp internet files, i think thats what your talking about right? I just installed the newest IE yesterday. Pretty sure that it is one of my antivirus/spyware/adware programs doing something to stop it...
