Surprised it didn't make a shitload of noise...a couple times I've forgotten to tighten up all my lugs (had them only finger tight, dropped the car and forgot) and I've heard the noise. But I guess with friends in your car it'd be harder to notice.
You dont notice that shit when your drunk and blasting R.Kelly either

Man, that night had tragedy written all over. From the moment I picked up my friend and transformer blew up as I passed under it to the moment a cop pulled up behind us as we were inspecting the initial noise...

damn sorry dude. When I had my lifted expedition. I got brand new 39" wheels and the fucknut who put them on didn't screw them on right so my right front one fell off on the freeway going 60mph. the truck was so high I didn't notice the wheel fall off till I saw it rolling infront of me. I caused 2 hour jam on 101 Northbound. But yeah, had to replace all studs drum, and wheel. You are lucky you didn't damage suspension.

I was on the phone in the back with a girl when BAM! the front dives down, sparks are shooting out the side of the car and the wheel is rolling past us...we all screamed like little girls.

Actually, it bounced past, then rolled into the yard of a house along the street.

that's why you should torque them to 96 ftlb. somebody will need a 2 ft bar or weight 200+ to undo them

Locking lugnuts ftw.
