You register to prove your age, citizenship, residency, etc.

Since the deadline for registration was last Monday in CA, I strongly doubt you'll be able to register for this year's election.

I don't think Indiana does, I've never heard anything about any prop. But I've never voted yet so maybe nobody cares to advertise them :joshers:
