one time i was reading a seller's feedback and one guy said "bad seller. sold me a piece of shit that didnt work. fuck you" the sellers response was ''never shipped any shit. thanks".......lol.

well, at least u got ur money back.

i'd say take it elsewhere. their customer service sounds like shit when they dont reply back to emails promptly. especially when payment is made, you don't make the customer wait 1.5 weeks for an answer. unacceptable.

My 2 cents, but I disagree. If this seller is running a business on ebay, then they should conduct business professionally. I notice lots of people give others slack on fuk ups "cause it's ebay." To me, that's bullshit. They offered product, you paid, they got shady. Let them suffer like everyone else for their errors. If you can't deliver, don't sell.

I've actually laid into someone but left (+) feedback. 4 weeks on a $68 Dewalt 290 Brand new with the case. I was so happy to get it, I just wanted to squash-it.

i believe in karma also. i'm giving this jackass another day to respond and explain himself. if he doesn't respond, then i have no other choice than to give him negative feedback.

the part still appears in My Ebay page as "need to pay" what should i do? :eh:
