My gf will probably make more money than me when she gets out of school...she made like 5k in 2 months at an internship over the summer...Crazy how much people in marketing make.

I @ the current moment make 0 a year based on the fact that I'm unemployed and in college.

Seems like an average wage to me....

 

She made around 14 bucks an hour as an INTERN. If she was fulltime she'd make significantly more and have benefits as well.

 

Yeah, I am the same way.

I have people coming to me when they see demos and asking me to consult.

When they find out what I cost they usually have to "think about it"

But 75% of the time they come back and ask for my services.

 

Without a doubt, I would say that not doing an internship was the biggest mistake of my collegiate career.

both. i do a lot of work for the local oriental grocery stores. foreign soap operas have been pretty hot lately.

 

So she didn't have any taxes taken out? When I was making 14/hr, there was no way in hell i would ever make 5K in 2 months. Maybe having my work take out 23% of taxes made a difference....

 

could be more I was just taking a guess. All i know is she made 5k in two months, I was just doing some math but I have no idea. Oh and she also got a 2.5k scholarship from Coca-Cola (the people she was interning for). I should have interned but oh well it's all good I plan to go into public service (firefighting or police officer) or the air force just like LT h:
