i agree on both counts. 4 games isn't enough to put him in there. one season isn't enough to put him there. i'd say 3+ seasons of the same play he's doing now would do it.

No, Brian Griese is a dipshit. We had him here in Denver for several years. He's a great backup QB if Grossman gets injured for a game or 2, but don't ever play him as a regular starter. He'll drive your team into the ground. He doesn't play well with others -- he has no leadership ability.
