Default I've switched!!!

I have finally made the switch!!

To diet green tea from Turkey Hill. The regular green tea was loaded with high fructose corn syrup - which isn't healthy at all in large amounts (drinking close to a gallon a day). The diet is of course lacking in the HFC syrup so now I'm getting all the good properties of green tea, but w/o the additive of death.

And what do you suppose they sweeten the diet with? Sunshine dust?

I use pure honey.

Ingredients (in order) are:

buy green tea packets from a japanese market. boil some water, and dunk the tea bag in.

or

:werd: or any asian market. a lot of american supermarkets are starting to carry asian tea. it's cheaper, healthier, no chemicals whatsoever. sweeten it yourself, if you want. but it's hard to find really good green tea. the whole concept of "diet" tea always made me :chuckles:
