workout crew: funniest shit last night
so i started my revised routine where i try doing more reps w/ lower weights...dood it hurts, lol
my biceps and shoulders are buuurning right now. in a good way
i think i went for an extra 10 mins or so burning out. for instance i just repped curling 20s until i died, then did front shoulder raises w/ 15s til i died, then did more curls w/ the 15s and so on until i couldnt move. it was pretty sweet

sweet deal. i normally find that my forearms just get swole from doin my regular routine. if i focused on them specifically, they might go crazy

I don't know why I do this, but I tend to keep the pushing and pulling muscle groups on the same days like:
back/biceps
chest/triceps
shoulders/forearms (well kinda not that)
legs
(then whatever doesn't hurt)
