my biceps and shoulders are buuurning right now. in a good way i think i went for an extra 10 mins or so burning out. for instance i just repped curling 20s until i died, then did front shoulder raises w/ 15s til i died, then did more curls w/ the 15s and so on until i couldnt move. it was pretty sweet h:
Badass! I did the same last night but I do shoulders/forearms.
