Ipod question

My friend had the same problem. Put the ipod into Disk mode and then hook it up. Format, update software and BAM problem solved

If the iPod is formatted for a mac, it won't show up on a PC. However, if the iPod is formatted for a PC, it will show up on both.
Try downloading iPod updater and do a fresh install.

If that doesn't solve it, you may want to go to a mac store and see if they can get it to work.
