She claims to be easy to shop for but I just spent an hour in the mall and couldn't find her anything that she didn't already have. She gave me a list of things to get, and half of them are gay (eg: $220 pair of sunglasses) or they didn't have them.

So now I sit here, bored, with no clue to get her.

She just got a 2006 Pilot today, anything I could order for that?

Spend a few hours on it, and it will be something she will love and keep.
