Make something.

A poem (even if it sucks), a mix CD of great obscure love songs, a letter, anf maybe a scrapbook type thing with pictures and all of the above put into it.

Spend a few hours on it, and it will be something she will love and keep.

Hand made > store bought. Put some thought into it.
