Default Fish Pics...

Here are some pics of my Cichlids, both american and african, in my 38 gallon tank. I couldn't take a full tank shot, because i have a deep actinic blue bulb, and it doesn't show up with, or without the flash.

I have no idea what he is, but the shell is his.

Blue kenyi. Smallest, but my favorite

Unknown, and snail

Jack Dempsey. He's gonna get huge!

Jack Dempsey, and blue peacock.

All are about 2 months old, except for the blue kenyi, he's about one. I also have a black convict, but i couldn't get him to come out for the camera. Enjoy!

Nice. I used to have some Jack Dempseys.

Now I'm all about saltwater. I've been keeping aquariums since I was 8. They make great decor to any home when placed in a good spot and taken care of.

Look here to id the shell dweller.

As for the Kenyi, if it turns yellow, take it back IMMEDIATELY. I had one and it was one of the most aggressive fish I've ever seen. The one in the pet store claimed half of a 400 gal tank for himself. Only the 10" Haps could go near him(3-4")

PS, I don't think many people have succeeded in mixing African and New world cichlids.
