Default PC gurus...a question.

So, I'm working on a computer, and it seems the video card is messed up...there's weird stuff going on on the screen and stuff. So, I change it, then the computer only boots up for a few seconds and keeps restarting.
I finally get it started long enough to check some stuff, turns out the 3.3V is running at around 2.8V...could this be what screwed up the video card and made the PC keep restarting?

If the original video card required 3.3 but was only getting 2.8 then from my understanding...yes

That's what thing i dont like about AGP. I just bought a board and i gotta remember to see what voltages the board is so i can go and buy the appropriate video card. And it's funny cus alot of people dont know that you have to check on that.

Ok, who makes a decently priced power supply that's not gonna die in a couple of months?
Don't say Antec, because I've had nothing but problems with their "cheap" power supplies.

antec is good in my experiances.

Thermaltake, heard SeaSonic is ok, Asus, Enermax, Enlight, FSP, OCZ is usually decent.

I've used Rosewill ones too, never had a problem. They don't usually rank too high with others though.

wouldn't that mean it's a 24pin? :dunno:

edit: or is it a 20 pin with that extra little 4 pin thing to the side?
