like I said...camden is only top if you include smaller cities and it's only at the top because it has such a small population
oh, and this is also for 2004....baltimore was even worse in 2005...and 2006 is the year they found out that cops weren't reporting many of the crimes because they didn't want to fill out all the paperwork
no.. camden is at the top, period. for 2004, baltimore rates 6th.
not sure what year the following is based on...
NYC isn't even in the top 25.
not sure what year the following is based on...

oops. well, yeah, including major cities only, sure.
but, i don't give a shit about the size of the city. i give a shit about how likely i am to get fucked up. that's why a stat like "per 100,000" is much more valid than total numbers.
so, that said, i'd much rather be caught in a bad neighborhood in baltimore, than in camden. by far. and that's actually a good thing for your city.
yeah, and compton IS "tougher", you moron.

"You're" doesn't belong there
Hye reno. This is a serious question now. When it says; Number of crimes reported has been adjusted to yield a rate per 100,000 people, does that mean that those numbers are based on an even population between both cities, or is it still more people in Baltimore equals more crime, but the per person crime rate is higher in Camden?
Know what I mean?
*EDIT.. i think you answered my question as I was typing it out.
