Hye reno. This is a serious question now. When it says; Number of crimes reported has been adjusted to yield a rate per 100,000 people, does that mean that those numbers are based on an even population between both cities, or is it still more people in Baltimore equals more crime, but the per person crime rate is higher in Camden?

Know what I mean?

*EDIT.. i think you answered my question as I was typing it out.
