true rancid is more like it!! fire depts have chemicals that can get out some obnoxious smells but it seems the sellers want to sell it 'as is'... just nasty!!

Did you ever drive through a trailer park and count the number of Corvettes, and other higher priced cars....you'd be surprised. You are looking at a house payment of less than 1000 a month usually with the lot rent included, and that's for a double wide with about 2000 square feet. Another advantage, at least here in Michigan you don't pay property tax either, which in my community would amount to another 1200 dollars a year savings for a double wide that cost about 65K.
