Depends on the kind of music playing. I think a salsa club/bar would be a nice place to meet a woman because it's more....romantic? But you have to learn salsa dancing. In a dark club, just grab the hoe's hips/ass and grind the shit of her.

Unfortunately, the woman will usually set the pace. She knows that you will follow her or she'll walk. So just try and keep up, but don't be afraid to add your own touch.

For instance, last time I was at the club and "dancing" with this girl, she was leading, but at times I would let her know to start dropping her ass lower and I would be down there with her....you know?

Usually I'm asked to dance...by asked I mean they just back into my crotch and go at it.

To initiate it though...walk by her and for the love of GOD...MAKE EYE CONTACT. That will tell you everything. Disappear and then return a few minutes later nonchalantly getting against her back and then just follow her routine. But that sounds more like trying to pick her up...if you just want to dance, just approach and start...let go of the anxiety of rejection because it will make your night suck.
