Just compared to my other instructors i'm able to understand a lot of stuff on the first day. Like in my engine performance first day they taught me how the 4 cycles of an engine work. Which i didn't even know at the time that stuff happened. I know there was combustion but i didn't know how it exactly made the car move.

There was a lot of dead silence. Like the pages of cheating and stuff he just looked at it and said "um...don't cheat......um....disabilities go to downtown for help....tools eh.....lab partners just em i dunno meet each other"

I felt like i could have just stayed home and read and would have learned more. I just don't get it. Tuesday i was there from 8-5 and i feel happy about it. This i'm just unsure how easy its going to be to learn from him.

Are you in highschool? Because I learn most of that stuff during that time...

Give it time....

EDIT: nevermind you're 23 h:

um no, i graduated in 2001. I'm trying to work up to the high performance degree. I'm not gonna lie, i dont know a lot about racing cars and stuff but its something i would like to learn and eventually get an internship with like Don Schumacher Racing or the other 20 some companies a few miles away. I'd like to be a tech and know how to do stuff like that.

Just the only close place that does it is either Ivy Tech or Lincoln Tech. and i've heard a lot of stories about dumb people at Lincoln Tech but i'm sure that happens anywhere. I like where i'm at, nice atmosphere the teachers are nice. Like i said i eat with them sometimes. And two of them drag race cars in the Pro Series? Its the one that uses alcohol and blowers..... actually that really doesn't narrow it down. I just know one them has like a real drag racer. Fiberglass body and all. He has a pick of him driving it and huge ass flames coming out the headers. So i dunno. That and my old job we fixed up hot rods and stuff so i kinda got into it.

I think my Chem professor is Mr. Oh.

my calc teacher is an idiot and I already hate him. He's like 24 and an obvious loser. Neither of my last two calc classes had required homework, now I have to get the new book so that the problems will match. Damn Bastard cost me $100.
