Default I finally got Busted.....
Last night I had some balloon pop up in my toolbar saying that I had an illegel copy of windows. So now it looks like I have to buy my oen copy. How gay is that!

Has this happened to anyone else?

i removed the warning message but I can't do any windows updates at all.

You can get patches here
http://www.softwarepatch.com/windows/

Or you can use autopatcher
http://www.autopatcher.com/
Download and install the software.

You can disable ballon masseges with Xpy software
http://xpy.whyeye.org

I used all myself so I can say it is safe.

i setup to download all updates, but dont install unless i confirm it.

you could always do system restore to get rid of that update.
