So advice is needed
I ranted about this a while ago, but here are the cliffs:
Asst manager slept with crew member - at neighboring restaurant. I was approached about it by another manager - at my restaurant. I discussed with my roommate (manager at the time at neighboring rest.), and it went no further than our living room. Original rumor was discovered by ANOTHER manager - at neighboring rest. - and put up on myspace. Other crew members found out and spread it around. Comes back full circle to my roommate and I, with our jobs threatened for doing something we had no part in. Asst manager does not get demoted, fired, infracted for sleeping with crew members - something that is CLEARLY outlined in company policy for immd termination. Crew member she's sleeping gets transferred to another store to continue the relationship.
Secondly, general manager and asst manager are caught partying with crew member.
Nothing gets done, but my job is continually held over my head for hanging out with crew members - WHICH I DO NOT DO they're 16-19 :ugh:
Four former employees have contacted the regional manager and their complaints have been taken very seriously and the owner is in for a meeting with his "boss".
Delima - since I'm still employed (and can't afford to get fired or hours cut or whathaveyou) should I be the fifth complaint filed against this company?
