Thinking about
If I have a spare bumper that I wasnt going to doa nything but throw away because it was a bit tore up. Instead im going to plastic weld the few parts and feather edge everything out to make it useable again. Thats technically not wasting it.
Its understandable but im not going to be doin any of the crap job. I know what im actually doing (for once) and its going to look good. So when I do it I shall show you guys and hopefully you will aprove lol
no molding because even imo the kit looks better with the seperation in the design from the bumper. also it flows better with the whole kit. also in like 2 yrs when the lip is uber rare you can sell it for some $$$

you seem pretty convinced that you want to mold the lip onto the bumper. so do it. i personally think front lips actually look better "unmolded" than molded front lips. fuck all the other issues. like u said, its cheap and replaceable.
