Definitely huge improvement over halogens. Big plus also since im driving to indianapolis next friday. I need something to light up those country roads.

The other option is driving lights, and those should be aimed to be no higer than waist high at about 500 feet, and should only work in conjunction with your high beams, like fogs should only work with low beams.
