well, my "co-workers" are pissed at me.

I'm now not only managing a staff of 10 and working on the high profile shit, I'm now told (by the applications director) to give my "equals" direction and they're all now offically under me. I've been here for 2 years, the other have been here for 20, 18, 10, and 8.
