I've done my time without power because of hurricanes and such, the northern region dont get that often so...... i've done my time

meh. hurricanes can't be avoided. massive power outages caused by people that are too spoiled to turn their air conditioners down when they're not even using them can be.

well yeah. corporate offices are huge, and usually have big open spaces, so they need more powerful a/c's. but i don't believe that home air conditioners can only cool 10-15 degrees. maybe yours just isn't up to the task? some parts of the country get up to 110+ routinely, so......

thats why i have other people who are willing to sacrifice and turn off their ac. that way i can keep mine on

my room is set to 75. But I like to walk around without clothes on, so I get cold easily.
