Anyone ever cook their own ribs?
If you have to make them at home, and can't do them in a grill.....place them in a pan they'll fit in, and submerge them in water. If you can, chop up a bunch of garlic, and throw them in with. Put them in an oven at around 350-400 for about an hour, or until they're 90% done.
After that, take them from the oven, and put them in the broiler w/ your favorite BBQ sauce. Flip and smother on the other side until the BBQ sauce is the right "done" color and serve

I do have a grill, though. Just haven't ever cooked them before. What's the best way to grill it without drying it out?

If you haven't done them before, make a test batch. Get a slab, and try 4 ribs at a time.
Most restaurants will steam ribs and then send them to the fire. It's something they don't talk about, but they do. That's why I suggested having fun with the water when you put them in the oven first.
