If you have to make them at home, and can't do them in a grill.....place them in a pan they'll fit in, and submerge them in water. If you can, chop up a bunch of garlic, and throw them in with. Put them in an oven at around 350-400 for about an hour, or until they're 90% done.

After that, take them from the oven, and put them in the broiler w/ your favorite BBQ sauce. Flip and smother on the other side until the BBQ sauce is the right "done" color and serve h:

nice

I do have a grill, though. Just haven't ever cooked them before. What's the best way to grill it without drying it out?

nice..thanks, I'll have to try that....but hopefully I will be able to talk my wife into letting me get a grill...it wouldn't be that big of a deal for her except the grill I want isn't exactly little

If you have a gas grill, just make sure you leave them on the 2nd or top row WITH OUT sauce. Close over and make sure you check on them. Don't put the sauce until the very end.

If you haven't done them before, make a test batch. Get a slab, and try 4 ribs at a time.

Most restaurants will steam ribs and then send them to the fire. It's something they don't talk about, but they do. That's why I suggested having fun with the water when you put them in the oven first.
