uhhh............
Since my memory is getting worse and my excel skills are getting dull, I decided to do a little worksheet to remind me of what I did and what's needed to be done. More may be added later. 
So after a quick glance, and adjusting cost, I'm not a ricer after all since performance & handling compared to show is 3:1 ratio

Well at least you are calling them costs (which they really are) and not investments (which they will never be).

hahaha, these will never be investment. Just straight up stupid cost. h:
Still, at least I'm enjoying it. I've been working too hard and saving up & investing too much. So it's time to kick back and relax.
