Default Odorous house ants.

:madfawk: These little fuckers are pissing me off. I first noticed them when we first moved in and my gf left a drink out on our dining table the night before and I woke up to see the drink covered in ants. They seem to be a big problem around this area and around Virginia. I've gone out and bought a spray for indoor/outdoors, one of those large containers with an external line and spray nozzle and it seems to get rid of them for a day or so but they just find another way of getting in.

Lately, since all foods and everything are put away and any open bags of snacks are sealed behind large zip lock bags...they've been after Chops' dog food. He's pretty messy when he eats sometimes and I found that a couple pieces would roll out into my pantry. So I would open the pantry to see a huge ball of these fuckers all over the dog food.

A friend at work told me about a product called Terro that is supposed to do wonders. So I'm off to Ace Hardware in a few to grab some. Apparently, any existing ants will be attracted to it and take it back to their colony where they will all die in hell! muhahahhahahahahhahahahh!

We have been getting ants for the first time this year, not too many, but it's still annoying.

that happened at my place in maryland..i'd sweep, mop, take out the trash and wash the dishes before work and come home to all those crummy little ants milling around. I got this gel ant bait and would spread it across where they had found their way in. After a day or two, no more ants..allllll dead..

Chops is part of the family here, sleeps in the middle of my king sized bed, sleeps on his IKEA chair when I'm on the computer, and has more toys then most kids. So yea, I was mad that they got into his food.

That's probably the same crap I just got (Terro). I heard it just takes a day or so then you won't see anymore.

If you were a true hustlah, you'd pimp smack the biggest ant and intimidate the others to stay away.
